Cleveland clinic is such a joke. I donu2019t even understand how it has the reputation it does for being a good hospital. I went to two urgent cares today and both of them had ridiculous wait. I checked in online before heading to the Rocky River one hoping to lower my wait time as it said only a 19 min wait va the 1.5 hour wait at north Olmsted. However, when I got there, I told the woman I checked in online and after waiting almost an hour and seeing others get called before me I decided to go up to them again and inquire why I hadnu2019t been called I was told that I had never put my name on the list. Which is false. I did put my name on the list and even said that upon arrival. The attitude and the looks you get from the women at the front desk are also not what anyone desires when they go to a clinic for care. I also feel they deliberately didnu2019t acknowledge me when I thanked them and said goodbye. People who arenu2019t professional and nice shouldnu2019t be holding these types of positions. Cleveland clinic doesnu2019t deserve the hype it has and Iu2019d be happy to see them lose patients cuz they suck.

One of the Medical Assistant was kind of rude and unprofessional. I asked how was my blood pressure and she ignored me and the second time that I asked she turned the vital machine turns me so I can look at the reading without saying anything and walked away.

Don't go here. The staff are not very helpful. Maybe if I had better insurance or more money I'd be treated better.

Don't waist your time Herr. All I needed was an antibiotic, THAT I ASKED FOR!nInstead, I was given cough syrup and a pat on the head.nNow, days later and getting worse, I went to St. John's urgent care in westlake and received REAL medical attention.nThank you for the complete waist of time, money and MORE missed work. Look at the reviews.nI wouldn't bring a dead dog here!
