Me and my son have been coming to the Neighborhood clinic for years. I appreciate the hard work and effort that they provide to their patients. They always have provided an excellent level of care and concern. They have always helped me to get the referrals that I need and the care that I have needed. I was very pleased with my visit today. I got there about 12:30 and no one else was waiting, so I got right in. Very professional staff got me checked in and ready to see the doc quickly. I saw the P.A. and he was very nice, listened carefully and gave me a thoughtful diagnosis. They sent my Rx to my pharmacy right away.nnThey were advertising a membership plan where you can save on visits by signing up for a monthly fee. There's also a weight-loss plan and they offer tele-medicine, where you can consult with a doc by phone.

Went in for my sonu2019s yearly visit and to establish care for him. I was very impressed with NP Cooper and all the staff. His insurance has a limited option of primary care providers since he turned 20. I was very hesitant using a walk in clinic for primary care but feel much better now.

It is the most awful service I've ever had in the medical field. The doctors there will not listen to you, and they never give you the information you need. For example, they've thrown away urine samples instead of sending them to labs as they stated they would do which required me going to a hospital to get my urine tested. I promise, you are far better off staying far away from this unprofessional place.
