What a horrible place! 3.5 hour wait. No A/C, very unprofessional staff. Understaff no water available for patients. No communication skills. Very dingy place. Never bringing my father here again

I had an excellent experience at Rodriguez Medical Clinic. Dr. Rodriguez, Dra. Perera, and Dra. Allie are all outstanding professionals who take the time to listen and provide thorough care. They make you feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. The entire staff is amazing as well. Carlos D., the receptionist, is incredibly welcoming and always greets you with a smile. Heu2019s very efficient and goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is smooth from start to finish. Nurse Jennifer is kind and attentive, making sure patients are well taken care of. The medical assistants, Juana and Daniel, are knowledgeable and supportive, creating a positive atmosphere throughout the clinic. I highly recommend Rodriguez Medical Clinic for anyone looking for top-notch medical care.

This place is not good. I came here in need of attention. This is not a good place to be in need.nI showed up and I had to wait forty five minutes to have anyone even speak to me. THEN they tried to charge me like, one hundred and fifty, UP-FRONT!!!! I didn't appreciate that while in pain.nFrom there when I told em that I had insurance, they took me in, made me wait even longer, once the Insurance popped up and they knew they could bill it, they wanted to do all kinds of tests. Which were not needed for a simple antibiotics for a small infection in my leg.nAll around this place is Bad and these are bad people trying to bleed folks for their hard earned money. And hard working folks' insurance knowing that premiums go up bc of people like this.nI wish I knew who to go to, to file a grievance and find out who gave this doctor a license to practice.

Ok. Let me tell you about stuff of this clinic. I am attending clinic in second location on Dotson Road . They have medical assistant and front desk person who is absolutely incompetent and have no degree. I come to see dr Rodrigues and he wrote me RX for 6 month and ask her to sent it to my pharmacy . She did sent only one month refill. And after 10 times y pharmacy contact his office itu2019s was no refill. So you will come to see this doctor , pay huge copay ( mine is $60) and they give you only 1 refill!!!!!! This place have also have no manager. Other location have no administrator and if you have any problem , you duped . So stay away from this place. Unprofessional to the theeth .

Bad customer service from their front desk staff. I didnu2019t even get to make an appointment. I was told that they are completely booked out. We arrived at their office about 30 minutes before closing, I know it was a long shot and that we probably wouldnu2019t be seen that afternoon. I figured I could at least book an appointment for another day. I was told that I had to call them to make an appointment. I asked I have to call you to book but, Iu2019m here now you canu2019t tell me when your next appointment is? And they said they are completely booked out and they donu2019t know when the next appointment available would be unless someone canceled, therefore it would best to call to book an appointment. They kept reiterating that they closed at 5pm and they wouldnu2019t be able to see us. Which I understood, but what made no sense is that I was not even able to make an appointment in person and had to call them. And so, we just left without making an appointment. I was referred to this doctor office by a family member who really likes Dr. Rodriguez. Unfortunately we never got to see him or book an appointment due to their receptionist and their bad customer service. Iu2019m sure heu2019s a good Doctor, but I rather go some where else that has better customer service.
