Hands down the best express care I've been too. Everyone is so nice and understand and it's always usually pretty quick, aside from a couple times where it was super busy but even then! This is the only one I go too and take my son too.

I went there today after finding the wait time for the one by the hospital was 2 hours long. Best decision to leave and go to the bartonsville branch. The amount of professionalism the staff showed and the empathy the practitioner gave me. I would drive the extra miles anytime!

so much for express care. we walked in and waited 15 mins for someone to come to the front. we called, constantly stood at the desk saying hello? and waited patiently and all we heard was the receptionists in the back chatting. terrible experience and time wasted when I should have just gone to another urgent care .. insane

Nurses up front seem incompetent and scared of almost any illness. Needing a covid test doesn't require a 911 call for an ambulance. A bit over dramatic IMO. I was here a day earlier and they called one for me. Refusing to do the testing in their facility and could have done all the tests I need that the hospital can't do.

This was by far the best urgent care experience I've ever had. From the front desk receptionist, to the nurse, to the Doctor. Everyone was kind, patient and knowledgable. I was not rushed out like in other facilities I've been to. The doctor took the time to hear all my concerns and symptoms. Because I was paying cash, they did not push unnecessary testing on me. Only what was needed for my diagnosis. I will absolutely return here and refer local friends and family. Iu2019m surprised how many negative reviews this place has. Thank you to the whole team!
