These people are all so so rude and donu2019t give a single crap about a single patient. I have been in in the urgent care, and donu2019t normally have issues but the doctor there made me cry because she was so rude and dismissive of my issues. I have since been seen to establish care with a doctor thatu2019s there and I was pissed test to confirm my pregnancy, and no one confirmed it before I left so I was stuck searching through my after appointment notes to see if I was still pregnant or not. The doctor would not listen to anything I had to say and just made jokes to my boyfriend about him being my driver and that I couldnu2019t clean or do dishes when I got home. Printed me out book recs about raising toddlers and had to come back in the room after starting to walk to me to lobby because he forgot to check my heart and lungs.

Do not go here! The Doctors are great, but front office is unbelievably bad. Billing department is disorganized. They hardly ever answer the phone or return phone calls. And they will charge you a $40 Urgent Fee for every visit if you land on their Same-Day Appointment list, and will never take you off it. They do this even for a prescription refill and hide it in the bill -- They will scam you. And the receptionists treat you like scum.My insurance company has indicated many errors where I had to pay when I shouldn't have. And Rose refuses to reimburse me -- so it's off to Small Claims Court. State Insurance Adjusters Office is investigating. I finally left after 2.5 years.

If you can't bother to show respect or dignity for your patients just waiting in the lobby how are we supposed to trust your medical advice isnt also harmful? Beware of billing oversights and insurance fraud.

We take our dad here and the front office gals are ridiculous. We've uploaded our dad's POA paper work multiple times to his portal and they still can't get their information straight. Twice I've had a hard time getting our ill father checked in and even a supervisor was called in order to by pass a stupid rule that they have logged/saved in our father's chart. If your going to jerk the escort of an elderly person around why bother having us bring him in at all? I've had issues 2 of the 3 times of bringing him and they're the ones that wanted him seen. Our dad's PCP is amazing though it's just the bell sisters (ding and dong)up front that need to be less up tight/rude.

They do not answer the phone.They did not bother to input my insurance correctly and made me pay cash. It took months to get it resolved.I had a prescription for pills and they changed it to some cream that will absolutely not treat my issue.This place is horrible and I recommend you go anywhere else.
