This is my go to ER/urgent care. I have been there many times however my visit on 5/16/25 was really amazing. They took me very quickly and collaboratively they nurses and doctor made a plan for me incredibly swiftly. I was through blood work and CT scans within my first hour of being there. One of the nurses got my vein on first stick which makes a huge difference in my experience because I have difficulty getting blood work done. All the nurses were so kind and listened to me at my worst. They offered blankets and were invested in my care. The staff doctor that day was the best I have ever had at an ER. He was patient and attentive. Overall very thankful for this ER and would highly recommend.

My sister in law recommended this place and now I know why! Everyone was so friendly and genuine. Chioma, at the front desk, was so polite and welcoming. Nurse Angela and Doctor Jenny were angels. I was in pain, but they still managed to make me laugh! They explained everything in detail and I felt very well taken care of! What a great team!

Incredible experience at RapidCare especially on Easter. From the front office lady Sania who was so kind and welcoming on a day we especially didnu2019t want to be there. We were then greeted by Wendy who was super sweet and helped calm our nerves. She made sure we had everything we needed. Whitley was phenomenal and so was cadence who made my daughter feel so comfortable. Doctor Khatri had phenomenal bedside manner and explained everything thoroughly to us.
