This is by far the best UPS store in Tri Cities and Moses Lake. I would give them more than 5 stars if i could. Every one of their workers is very kind , courteous and very helpful. I am always shipping out packages for family and returns to stores that are not in our area. I have been in my home just a block away and have been there too many times to guess. Each and every visit there is met with the most friendly and accommodating employees that I have ever experienced. Not only does each person greet you so warmly, they really are accommodating if you need help. They help me figure out labels that wonu2019t print correctly and help by figuring a way to get it done for you. If you have not enough packing tape on the package they will make sure that they fix it up for you, even if it is not really convenient they donu2019t stress or tell me I have to wait. I really appreciate that there is help and I donu2019t have to worry driving over without the package ready to drop it because they will handle it swiftly and with a smile. I also love the options that the store has for a notary, helping with photos, and I plan to use the packing service for many things that I plans to sell that are fragile because the option they have for an employee to pack and ship with a risk free with a guarantee for items it is a no brainer . I donu2019t have to worry about how to pack the items so that they donu2019t break and I donu2019t have to figure out which supplies are best for the items I am sending or if they will break. I wish I had all their names to give them props but each one is friendly and helpful. They all seem happy working there and it shows. This is the West Pasco store on RD 68.

Every time I go here they are very welcoming, quick, and efficient. When I had to get programs created for my mom's funeral, the print shop here did an incredible job. Ethan and Sean were very helpful, compassionate, and provided great customer service. From the design to the final product in 24 hours, it helped take a huge load off of my shoulders during a devastating time. I highly recommend them and this specific UPS store.
