Undoubtedly the BEST experience Iu2019ve ever had with a durable medical supply company. Needed a wheelchair, badly. We expected to have to go pick it up the next day. Right before my wife left to pick it up, they called and we found out they delivered! In less than an hour after they called, Advanced Medical Solutions had my ASSEMBLED chair at my door! The delivery man, Rick, was outstanding and extremely helpful. The office staff were very courteous and very professional people. Thank you Advanced Medical Solutions Inc!!!

I left my C-pap hose at home in Knoxville, TN while traveling to Jackson, TN on business. When I realized what I had done it was too late to go back to get it. I spend 1 night without it because it was on a Sunday. On Monday at 8:00 while heading to work, I went by their office in hope of purchasing a new hose. To my surprise and relief, a very nice blonde lady who listened to my problem went and got me a hose. When I asked how much I owed her. She told me to have a Happy Valentine's Day, there was no charge. I don't get this kind of help or service from my own supply provider. Feel very lucky that people like her are there for you when you need them. They're few and far between. Thank you for all that you did for me.

The staff i met were very helpful and polite. Although i was a bit abrasive on the phone when questioning the costs, they remained professional and understood my concerns while answering my questions. When i arrived at the store they were very quick to help me and were very thorough in showing me how to use my cpap machine.

There office has the newest medical equipment and their customer service is VERY polite. The GM is very concerned with patients receiving the best care. They are very quick on handling your needs but, I thought their office wasn't the best organized. Still my recommendation for #1.
