He treated my daughter like if she was a piece of meat or object! Threw her down on the table, grabbed her head hard to look at her mouth shoved the stick to look at her throat all the way back it was horrible the room had paper trash in the corners & didn't have A/C they had a fan hot as infected small place. She had better chances getting seen at a vet! They didn't even change the cap to look at her ears & left the same one they used on it. He didn't even introduce himself or looked at me or asked questions nothing they had 80s things in that wack as office. My thermometer is better than theirs! They don't have vaccines since like a month he was like oh call next week MAYBE we have. Since I left the waiting room to go into the room that man was in the phone arguing loud being rude as heck to someone. I rather take my kid to the dog pound than go back to that piece of sorry excuse of a pediatrician!

Dr. Ruiz saw me as a child and now sees my nieces and my daughter.nAmazing, caring and helpful staff. no complaints whatsoever, the front desk to the nurses to the other doctors covering are just the most pleasant to work with. I know my daughter is under excellent care.

Dr Juan Ruiz Unger is the best pediatrician there is. He was my pediatrician for 18 years and now he is my sons pediatrician. I am not going to lie the wait is long but, it doesnu2019t bother me since I know he is going to take care of my son and know exactly what he has. I have never had to go to his office for the same thing twice. He is extremely honest and caring with his patients.
