I went to 3 diffent urgent cares to try and get my daughter seen when I pulled into this one I was on the verge of just taking her to the er they were absolutely amazing and sweet! Took care of us quickly considering we walked in and didnu2019t do appointment. They listened my concerns and check her over thoroughly I 100% will be coming here if I have any more issues and I will be recommending to my other mom friends. They were very kind and to the point which is exactly what I needed

Will not be back! Was told they was full for the evening, after standing at the front desk for 10 min waiting to sign in, parking lott and waiting rooms was completely empty!

Never had an issue with staff or the care i received but when i asked for a note for work i was refused one. I was legitimately sick and didn't want to spread what i had around at work. I was told that i could only get a note for the day i was seen but not for the days i had missed at work. Was told that they were trying to stop people from taking advantage. Seriously? That's fine and dandy but when someone is legitimately sick it's not fair that they are refused! Very disappointed!

My son had an appointment for today and we arrived 9 minutes late because Iu2019m also a doctor and was running a little lateu2026 The secretary was helping other patients and when it was my turn to talk to her, u201cmy time was already passed and there was nothing to dou201d. My son doesnu2019t feel good, they need more empathy.nVery disappointed!!!!

I went to this location to do my son's covid test prior to his surgery. I got referred to go here by the other urgent care in town that did not want to do his test. After I checked in the front desk lady Christina or Christine, stated the wait was about 35 minutes. I asked if it was okay if I sat and waited in the car with my son because the lobby was FULL and no one was social distancing. She said yes that will be fine we will call you when its your turn. I filled out the paperwork returned it, a hour had passed so I went to ask them how long, this lady had the nerve to say well you left and came back, now we are busy and its going to be awhile. I was so upset I just left because she said one thing and did not follow up with me. This location needs to work on their communication on timing and informing patients of wait times. I had to call to tell them to shred my information the lady on the phone was so rude and stated I already took him off the schedule. I was so disappointed, I will recommend EVERYONE to go elsewhere.
