I had a great visit today at Safe Express. The Doctor Adaku O. really took her time to listen to what I had to say about me not feeling great. She did her observation and never once rushed me. Its never crowded in the lobby/waiting area, its always fast to be seen by the Doctor. Hassle free I must admit. Thank you doctor Adaku for having a great attitude while caring for patients. I highly recommend anyone to go there if you want fast service, no hassle, professionalism, and a quiet atmosphere.

Seen Dr Thomas today best Doctor I have seen in a long time! Extremely satisfied with all of the staff at this facility. Even asked if they offer family doctor services so I can switch doctors. Which I was told they have started family services recently and I will be switching providers. Every one was polite and professional and Dr Thomas was very knowledgable and answered all questions I had, and actually knew what he was talking about! Love this place, strongly recommend it to everyone.

I had an exceptional experience at this Urgent Care. I called them because my work required me to get a Negative COVID test before returning back to work after having Strep Throat. They got me in within 30 minutes to have me tested and I got my results 2 days later! Thatu2019s the fastest I have heard of receiving results yet! Also, everyone was just so kind and wonderful! The Physcician was Anita Bari and she remained in constant communication with me. She spoke to me about my symptoms over the phone. She personally spoke to me when providing me with my results and then brought me in for a check up when they came back negative. They are also able to do a strep and mono test on site and have the results for you within 10 min. I just had a wonderful experience there and I highly recommend this urgent care. Great staff. A big thank you to everyone who works there!

From day one everyone has been amazing. From my first urgent visit to choosing them as the primary care for both me and my fiance. They listen and honestly care about you and any concerns you have. Not the fake it till you make it care, but true genuine care. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I am very disappointed with the services I got. Very horrible experience with them. I was told a price and later when my bill came the price was doubled. How pathetic!! I reached out to them to find out why and wasn't given any tangible explanation only said we would be reaching back to you. After several weeks of waiting and not hearing anything from them, I decided to reach out again and all I could get was sorry insurance price is different from when you pay out of pocket. Why didn't your front desk agent clarify that then??When you call them they lie to you and inflate the prices and send to insurance. I am very disappointed and feel that I was scammed. I would be seeking legal advice because this is unacceptable to me. I wish I could give them 0 starts if that was possible.
