My son and I were met with kindness, efficiency and great care during our quick visit. Adrienne the clinical receptionist was so helpful and patient as I filled out the paperwork. I appreciated her taking the time to connect on a personal level while we figured everything out. Nurse Tiffany was so kind to my son and she made him laugh-which is always great when dealing with a sick little one and She waited patiently while he answered her questions. Dr. Michael was very straightforward and to the point with a care plan. I felt really good about what was suggested and appreciated having the opportunity to ask questions and not feel rushed! I would highly recommend Springfield Urgent Care to anyone who is looking to be met with kindness, patience and quality care.

While looking for an urgent care that excepted my insurance, I stumbled upon this little hidden gem. These doctor's & nurses restored my faith in customer care. From filling out your paperwork on line, to the friendly greeting from Ms. Adrienne, thaws ladies are wonderful. This place is clean, friendly, and attentive. They even have snacks, coffee, hot water, bouillon, and more! Comfortable clean seats in the waiting room, but don't get too comfy, they will call you pretty quickly. staff were really friendly at the reception desk and in the actual room during the visit! check-in was really simple as well. wait time was a little long but that seemed to be out of their control due to short staff/call ins. other than that, although they were a bit busy, the staff was really nice and patient. first time being here and will definitely will choose to come here if i ever need to! (hopefully i donu2019t have to)

The night before, I noticed a rash that looked like Lyme disease around my tick bite mark. I went in the morning and they were incredibly nice to me. Adrienne was incredibly nice and very helpful with assisting me with setting up my new account. Tiffany was a joy and lit up the room when she walked in and Kristi was incredibly nice and efferent. They all made the process incredibly quick and wonderful and my time was a very pleasant experience.

The ladies here were all SO cheerful and friendly. They got me in before my appointment time and sent me on my way in a very timely manner with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy! I will be coming back when I need an urgent care visit. 10/10 service
