I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly. The waiting room was clean. Even though they had an emergency walk in, my wait time was still low for an urgent care. The Dr, Kelsie Fagaragan, was knowledgeable and helpful. The nurse was amazing and did a phenomenal job drawing my blood. I was dehydrated some and phlebotomists typically have a very difficult time finding the vain on the first try. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. They also do primary care there.

Absolutely love the Sahara Urgent Care Center. Fast and efficient check-in service. Barely any wait time and extremely clean and comfortable lobby area. The staff are friendly, professional and operated seamlessly from the time of signing in to the very moment you leave. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Every procedure or plan of treatment was thoroughly explained and advised on anything else that I could be proactive regarding the overall health of my children and I. My youngest feels at ease and prefers to go to their urgent care above any other clinic in our area. I was so impressed, I decided to make them my familyu2019s primary care provider. My roommate has no insurance but thanks to the low cost for office visits he is able to get consistent care for his health conditions.nI highly recommend them.

Went today because their website clearly states they offer x-rays. Donu2019t be fooled - they actually only have x-rays Tuesdays and Thursdays, but the provider said the manager doesnu2019t want to change the site to accurately reflect the x-ray availability . I was charged $95 and received no actual help because imaging is needed to know the extent of my injury. Front desk person lied and said the machine was down.nnThe higher rating is due to the office giving a free vitamin b12 shot if you post a 5 star rating. Feels like I was scammed.nnEditing to respond to business:nYou need to update your website to reflect the actual availability of the X-ray machine. IT WAS NOT DOWN - you only offer X-rays on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I went on a Friday and I do not appreciate being lied to on a second occasion about the machine.nnThe provider himself said it made no sense to go to the other imaging place as it would take longer to have the imaging read due to the holiday and I needed the information more quickly. I obtained an x-ray AND the results Saturday after flying home at a place equipped to offer urgent care that includes X-rays. Why would I wait until Thursday to receive results from the place you recommended? My refusal made medical sense and was supported by the doctor at the clinic.nnI understand $95 is the co-pay, but NOTHING of help was provided to me because you all could not properly examine the extent of my injury. I would not have gone to your business had I known that you donu2019t offer x-rays every day.nnDo better.

Iu2019ve been coming to this office for a couple years now, and I can confidently say they are one of the best medical offices Iu2019ve ever been to u2014 and Iu2019m from Las Vegas! Quality healthcare is hard to find, especially in Vegas, but this office really stands out. From the providers to the front office staff, everyone is always so kind, professional, and welcoming. I initially came here for an urgent care visit and was so impressed that I switched my primary care provider that same day. Highly recommend!
