I have spoken to their staff on numerous occasions about needing a new script sent to my pharmacy. It has now been 10 days and at least 6 calls, for which the issue has still gone unresolved. It is 4:10 on a Friday and their voicemail says they are closed vs posted business hours until 5pm. They were also closed for u201cobservation of a religious holidayu201d on Monday, which I only learned of after having to drive to their office to see the sign taped on the door because they are too understaffed or incompetent to set a voicemail to advise patients of this change.nThe doctor here is perfectly nice, but I cannot support a business when it comes to endangering the lives of patients because either the provider or office staff canu2019t get it together- going without a prescription for 10 days due to this is beyond negligent. I am forced to leave a review because I have not once received a call back.

Dr.Khalid,nYour office runs like a well-oiled machine. I've never had a doctor listen to anything and everything I had to say and is genuinely concerned for my well-being and gives great advice on any situation for my medications I recommend you to anyone that needs a doctor with compassion and as far as everyone I've come in contact with in your office extremely helpful courteous and kind I've been a patient since the day you open the doors and if I wasn't moving back to New Orleans I would always be a patient much love to everyone and thank you for many years of great service and compassionnnPAUL LACASSAGNE 64

Doctor Khalid is very thorough and gives you plenty of time to ask all your questions, and she discusses all details with you to make sure that she covers everything you need. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly and caring. I took both of my girls there, my oldest had ear blockage for a while which was taking care of on the spot by a professional nurse. My husband and I will be visiting next for our check up.

I had an appointment at 3:30 on Thursday March 3rd. The doctor was very nice. Diagnosed me with an ear infection, that is very painful! She prescribed an antibiotic. Told me that it would be called in to Walgreens by the end of the day. Walgreens did not recieve the order on Thursday. I called the office at 10:30 on Friday morning. The front desk promised that they would make sure that the Doctor would make the order today. Walgreens still has not recieved the order! Obviously this office does not care of their patient's pain and care is a priority. I very disappointed and will never recommend their service again!
