While o am very happy with the care from providers at stlukes their wait times to get in to see a provider is absolutely ridiculous. Should not have to wzit a month to get labs drawn or for an Mri. Or wait 6 months to see a specialist.

Don't get locked out of my chartYou can't get though to themOnly one dept handles that and they are to busy to answer phoneDo not call you backThen shut down due to back logTell you try next weekHorrible customer service

Don't try St Luke's South. Paper peeling off walls, doors gashed 8 inches long, didn't have access to a working toilet for a full day, unattentive and disinterested nurses, to the point I had to call the charge nurse, who was more than just rude, she was unkind, inconsiderate, and didnt give a care. Tried calling patient advocate, to no avail, would not answer or call me back on my 4 attempts. Tried house supervisor, also 4 times, without the decency also of a call back. Tried the Executive offices and got put back to the switchboard, because, if you can believe this, they have no voicemail. Corporate was no help, sent me to the Plaza Administrative offices, who told me to hold a moment and connected me to the patient advocate who has already shown me on multiple occasions that she doesn't give a care. I give up. The situation is hopeless, helpless, and full of it.

Saint Lukeu2019s is great! Security is a little rough and you go through a large process just to get in the building. But care is amazing at this hospital.

They keep their employees happy! That translates into the patients being treated well so they also are happy!
