This is the most unprofessional u201ccompanyu201d Iu2019ve ever dealt with. They gave me a piece of equipment that my MD couldnu2019t/didnu2019t work with then gave me a used piece of equipment & charged my insurance every month $300+ that they are saying is for durable equipment. When my insurance changed they charged the new insurance for the same piece of equipment. In addition they put in for the recall on my CPAP. I found out when I tried to register for it and was told that it was already claimed. Tell me you are thieves without telling me you are a thief!
