Horrible experience. I was there waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. My nurse was being trained and the whole experience was horrible. To make matters worse they took it all so lightly. Even laughed about it. Gross incompetence.

Great Nurses and Doctors, but the office lacks confidence. I arrived early and signed in, 1/2 hour later I walked up to ask if I'd be in soon to find they never checked me in.Things happen, not a big deal, but everyone has to wear a mask and it's bothersome with glasses. I'm not opposed to the mask, after all it is a medical facility. The problem was the girl behind the counter wearing her mask incorrectly, on her chin. Her nose was out of the top, and when she spoke her upper lip was visible.So there I was, sitting for 30 minutes with my glasses fogged up because I had my mask on properly. If she had glasses on I may have been less annoyed.I'd like to leave a better review because the professionals there were great, but that was ridiculous.

The worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Showed up early , did paperwork waited almost 1 hour 45 minutes pass appointment time. . There were about 10- 12 people waiting and could tell ALL were getting annoyed with the wait time, including me. Another patient went to front desk and started complaining about waiting 2 hours and this was his third trip there because they couldn't get the paperwork right with his referral Doctor. A different guy came in and heard them apologize to him that he had to come back.. because they forgot to take a urine sample. My appointment time was 10: 15 am. How do you get 2 hours behind in 2 hours of of being open?? Needless to say , I cancelled and left. Will reschedule with UPMC.

Known Non-operational hearing test equipment including hearing box which could hear alot of ambient noise failed the test and yet somehow passed... What a joke this place is.

Just only called these people on two occasions. It goes you come in at this time or basically the hell with you. When you don't have a serious injury and can't leave work asap, you have to resort to other facilities. Very poor attitude when calling this place. You would think the board at St. Vincent would be embarrassed to be a part of this branch/ corporate asset even sharing the same name no less. If Google reviews could go to zero, I'd put that down.
