Unfortunately, my Mom has had several stays at SRHC. Each time she has been here, the staff have been phenomenal. They have been patient, accommodating and helpful. They have also taken the time to explain things and answer the neverending questions I have.nnI want to give extra kudos to Dr. Rose, Sara, Samantha, Lacey, Graham, and Tim in ICU and Shelby, who is a Patient Care Manager. I know I'm forgetting some names and I apologize!

Was there for my son, he was in the ICU for abt 10days. It was a scary situation for why we were there but the dr.s and nurses were so caring and took great care of my son and of me, being the stressed and worried mama. Dr. Hanke and Molly were awesome! My son has alot of disabilities and they did such a great job with him. Same with all the nurses that helped take care of my son also. They all were so accommodating to us. We were very pleased and impressed with our hospital here in salina.

Went to the ER on Firday May 31st, 2024 last year. I had a very good on-call obgyn DrnDr Leslie Ablard explained everything really good and made me feel comfortable. She is very nice.nDr Ablard also did my surgery to remove a cyst / left ovary and fallopian tube on June 4, 2024 at Salina Surgical Hospital

If there was 0 stars I would give that! Do not go here. Waited 4 hours with severe abdominal pain, never saw a provider, and they STILL billed for an entire ER visit. There are so many bad reviews- please listen to them. I always ignore bad ones because letu2019s be real, some people can be dramatic. But unfortunately I had to find out for myself the reviews were legit. Save yourself the time and unfortunately the money and drive somewhere else!

10/10 would not recommend.nNurses are rude,dismissive, and do not listen to you.nThey make you feel like itu2019s all your fault and you are doing everything wrong. They even call people neglectful without knowing the whole story or even ask.nI have a two witnesses that saw/heard how these nurses were being to me and my baby. They have nothing good to say about it.nnUpdate: after being at childrenu2019s mercy with my son. They found some pretty tough things going on with my son. So for this hospital and the staff to jump in saying I was being neglectful and then the nurses to be dismissive and rude or even get mad at my son at the time he was there was wrong. It was wrong of them to get CPS involved. He now only go to childrenu2019s mercy after this terrible experience. Do not take your children here do not give birth here. The NICU doesnu2019t listen to you either and they can be quite rude as well. I kept tell them in the NICU and the second time he came back that something was wrong and you know what when he finally go to go to childrenu2019s mercy they finally found what was going on after all. It should not take this much avocation on parentu2019s part for the health officials to listen to the parents ever. Mother knows best. Had I not been so persistent he may have not gotten what he needed. This city is a decent size. Should not be acting like a royal area as if they have no funding to drs/nurse. DO BETTER!
