Would give it ZERO stars if I could. I had called in last month to cancel an appt one time too many even tho I had migraine. I had a brain & eye tumor which was surgically removed & had Cyber Knife Radiation after it grew back in mere months. However, the Lakeshore Family Care office manager, Connie, tried to send me a registered letter to kick me to the curb.Then I received a voice mail from an amanda saying I was being discharged. And when I talked in person to my now former physician, Dr Kval, he didn't seem very concerned about it. Instead of expressing concern & calling me about a legitimate medical issue I was having & am still having. This was handled unprofessionally & callously by Lakeshore (NOT) Family Care. Finally, it doesn't matter that I WAS a patient there for 10+ years either! If you don't want to be a part of Factory Physicianing DON'T become their patient...

The staff is VERY rude, hangs up on you when you come in and admit to having a problem. I do NOT recommend this doctors office
