Took my son to the ER he had a fever, vomiting, and cough. They did a covid an flu test came back negative did not order no test said his lungs sounded clear an all , did not give him nothing to take. I was not satisfied with the outcome so I took him into his pediatrician the very next day and soon as she walked into his room an heard him coughing before she even listened to him she already knew what he had, walking pneumonia!! on top of he has asthma too. SO SRMC did another misdiagnose smh. Please take the time out and do better, order those labs, tests. I WILL NOT bring my child back here.

Here with my mother, whom was brought here via ambulance, not to mentioned it took the 25 minutes to arrive to pick her up after 911 was called. Still had to wait for 1hr before she could get a room in the e.r. The staff here is the laziest I've ever seen in my life. It is like pulling teeth and nails to get basic updates from the nurses or whomever is stationed at the nursing desk. Even witnessed a young man having to scream and fuss at the desk clerk to get someone to help his loved one that was seemingly passing out in the waiting room. This hospital is historically and methodically horrible when it comes to PATIENTS CARE, URGENCY, PUNCTUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. During COVID I enter the emergency room legs swollen and toe ulcer after thee hours the doctor came said you osteo militias and slight infection I asked for an antibiotic none was provided They didn't rewrap my ulcer. They sent me to my PCP that absent. I made the same request to a young doctor who said it was necessary ignoring im diabetic. Three weeks later I lost part of that toe. They did not try to help me after I explained about my other amputation
