I was a walk-in on a Sunday and was impressed with how quickly my paperwork was processed by the polite and professional staff at San Ramon Urgent Care. The doctor was really nice as well and listened to me before we discussed how to proceed. I left feeling seen and would definitely recommend this place.

Alert! Danger! Don't go here.nnI was misdiagnosed! I had a lymph node infection, which developed as a noticeable bump. I was urged by my nurse to go to nearby urgent care. Unfortunately, this is the nearby one. I have read bad reviews about the center, but I didn't have a choice and went here. They had a nurse practitioner that day, and she gave me a list of possibilities that I was supposed to choose from(excuse me, I am not a doctor, how am I supposed to choose from your list?), which Google might have given me. Finally, she said that it was an allergy(not sure how she ended up there) and I was given a Steroid(not okay if I don't need it) and was given some allergy meds and was told that it would go away in 4-6 hrs, nothing happened. The problem just remained. Thankfully, I was able to meet a different doctor the next day, and he said that I had a lymph node infection and treated me with antibiotics.nnTo the nurse practitioner - If you are still learning, I am not your Rat.nnThey charged my insurance $365 for the best misdiagnosis they did. Not sure why this center is still not closed despite all the bad reviews.

Dr. Raj is on your side! He listens well to health needs and accomodates video visits if applicable. He offers so many beauty enhancement services that go hand in hand with overall feeling of well-being. He offers good solutions to health issues and has referred me to a specialist, if need be. The wait time is short, so I donu2019t need to wait 1/2 of my day in the Drs.u2019 office.
