My husband became a new patient and recommended that I see Optima Medical. Had my 1st appointment today, and Madison S. was very thorough, friendly, answered all of my questions, explained everything in ways I can understand, and she was very punctual. She spent at least 45 minutes with me, which is unheard of anymore. I never felt rushed.nnThe medical staff at the front desk were also super friendly and helpful. Scheduling my appointment was very easy. I was brought back early! I wasnu2019t even finished filling out my new patient paperwork before they started taking care of me. Highly recommend this office!

Always on time. Reasonably within 10 minutes. Friendly efficient front office, dr assistants know what they're doing, Reception, NPs and PAs try to accommodate schedules and fit me in. I made an appointment for 4 days away, they said I'd go on a list to get me in sooner if possible. They called 3 minutes later to offer me a next day time after a cancelation. Always pleasant going there and also their lab in the same complex. It's convenient and takes appointments.

Visited with my provider, Raven. She is always willing to listen and understand different situations. Very caring and compassionate and knowledgeable .nnAlthea took care of all of my paperwork and side information. Very pleasant.nnRyann completed my EKG and circulation test. She was quite fun and easy going. Made the process bearable and comfortable.

This was the most thorough and pleasant appointment I have ever had! Dr Johnson is a model for what all doctors should aspire to be. He has an excellent bedside manner, he is confident, and clearly has an excellent knowledge of how all the systems work together to create good health. I am very happy to have him as my general practitioner. Additionally, the office staff is polite and friendly!

I very much appreciate Jonathon Rutt, PA, Priscilla, Referrals Dept. & Front Desk. Itu2019s been comfortable at this facility. For my husband & I need medical care & at times can become a little more in depth. Itu2019s incredibly refreshing to now have someone like Jonathon oversee our medical needs & concerns.
