We are a Dealership that helped a customer in IDAHO to buy a vehicle that was financed thru this Credit union, We paid off the title and i specifically send a letter with a check paying off the vehicle specifying where the title needs to be send, well they cash my check and they send the title somewhere else and they don't even care about the title, the car that was paid with my money was sold to a customer that doesn't have a title now and the title is missing thank you to these clowns ! apparently they don't know how to read English to where i wrote instructions to where to send the title to....... A total Joke of a credit union ! i called customer service and they don't even know if the letter that i wrote was in the envelope, but definitely they cashed the check ! A JOKE !!!!!!!!
