I don't often leave reviews but the quick and thoughtful care from Kayla FNP and Pam was amazing. We are not local and our 4 year old spiked a fever while on vacation, he wasn't being himself so trusted my Mom gut and took him to Sandy Shore for their urgent care services. As I said we aren't local and I was nervous, you just never know what kind of care you will receive. The care was tremendous, I want to take them back home with us. They made my little boy laugh and he left smiling (even though he did have an ear infection)!nnIf you are traveling and need an urgent care, this is the place. If we were local I would make them my primary care source immediately!

I cannot recommend Sandy Shores enough! I brought my baby in during their lunch break, and instead of making us wait, they immediately let us in and got to work. It was such a relief as a parent to feel prioritized, especially in a moment of stress.nnThe staff was kind, compassionate, and professional, taking quick and excellent care of my little one. They explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable before leaving. We were down at Surf City for the weekend and ended up with a sick little boy. We were seen without appt on a a Saturday morning and were in and out in less than 2 hours even waiting our turn behind patients with appts! This was our first visit ever and our paperwork was minimal and staff was very efficient. All the staff were so polite and professional! Office was clean and comfortable. We will be using again if we are ever in need of urgent care on our weekends here!

Followed my doctor here from Goshen medical until he Left an switch to rebccea Cooper , which is a great doctor but the office staff is very less than great ! Been waiting for blood work appointment since November an called twice and lost in the cracks again not the first time! Now get a letter today saying they have to many patients so we need to find a new doctors. Maybe a great place for urgent Care but if you're looking for long term doctors stay away! Tried to contact Rebecca Cooper twice about my appointments to follow up but I guess she didn't get the message . It's great care when they actually get the memo ud83dudc4d if you have the time to drive for a actually place that gives you personal care make that drive !
