Between my wife and myself, 5 out of 7 visits have been handled poorly by staff. Appointments made, show up and no record of the appointment. Equipment not working but never called to inform us the appointment needed to be cancelled. My personal favorite, at the doctoru2019s office as the Sanitas group has received 6 referral requests only to not have the referral and having to lose an appointment made 2 months earlier. I Will NEVER GO BACK TO OR RECOMMEND THE SANITAS GROUP!

I came in the clinic CRYING with a terrible ear ache ! I was given priority and taken inside right away! The nurse practitioner NOE JOSEPH was very caring professional and kind. He work with another dr and put a plan forward to alu00edviate my pain ! My pain was so intense I donu2019t remember the name of the lovely nurse who took my vitals and gave me the injections ! She was so kind as well! Iu2019m home now and I will be returning for a follow up ! I just needed to express my gratitude for great quality care ! THANK YOU all ,nYvonne
