Everyone was so incredibly nice! The two front desk ladies, the nurses, the doctor were all very kind and helpful. I was very surprised!! Also a very clean, new looking office. It was a great experience, they were very knowledgeable and understanding!

**Update- My concern was promptly taken care of and I have my medication less than 24 hours from making this review! I HAVE NO complaints and really appreciate how fast it was addressed!!! Thank you again The women at the front desk super nice!!!! The doctor however doesn't seem interested in anything, it's been 2 weeks and I cannot get in touch with anyone from this office, I have left voicemails, left messages on the online app-what a complete joke!!- literally have to go in person to ask where the hell are my prescriptions, not at the pharmacy and it's been over 2 weeks. I just need my thyroid medicine and vitamin d. What is the issue?? Why can't anyone reply. Going in person tomorrow when I shouldn't have to

They are terrible at handling insurance matters, especially after they changed from Sanitas to Innovista. 1 star is only for the medical service because everything else is bad. They gave me out-of-network providers without even notifying me. My insurance does not cover out-of-network and I was charged a ridiculous amount for only two visits. They do not tell you the visitation cost up front and send you the bill later. This is extremely misleading, especially for low income patients who cannot afford to pay a ridiculous amount of money just for normal visit. If they had notified us on the spot, we wouldn't have seen that provider or at least we would ask for an in-network provider. You cannot run a business by deceiving and taking advantage of your patients like that with subtlety.
