Today was my first time coming to Sanitas with my oldest daughter and was a pleasure to be here. The staff are very polite. No wait time and Dr. Jafri was a sweetheart and very attentive to the care of my daughter. Unfortunately she is leaving the clinic on August. Too bad she wonu2019t continue to provide care for my kids. Other than that great clinic.

My Husband is a patient here and have been treated with such good care. They have next day appointments, it's very clean and the staff is very helpful, informative and friendly...everything you need in a clinic they have it here. This clinic is very convenient being in a shopping center you can take care of many of your chores in one area. We give it 5 stars, I only wish they accepted more medical insurances.

My first visit with Sanitas Medical Center was an excellent experience. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor and then lab technician. Everyone was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. My doctor, Dr. R. Butler, was the best doctor I have ever had. She took the time to council me about my health issues...she took time with me to answer every question and concern that I had...I find this very rare with doctors these days...I am very comfortable with this place and will return for my future medical care.

It is with true displeasure that I write this review. I had a very unfavorable experience here at the Sanitas Clinic located in Bridgeport. There are a few things that need to be improved at this location for the wellbeing of all the patients. My husband was called several times the day before his appointment with different appointment times (No Consistency). After my husband arrived for his 3:15pm appointment he waited 45 minutes and still had not been attended. After speaking up and telling the receptionist, several other patients stood up as well saying they had also been waiting for almost an hour and had not been attended. I would like to make it clear that the clinic being understaffed and having to wait an excessive wait time is not the fault of the patient like how I was told by the manager. The following day after the appointment I tried calling several times and failed to have any communication with the clinic because the phone was never answered. I took it upon myself to go personally to the clinic to get the pre-authorization from the doctor to have the pharmacy fill the prescription which my husband needed right away. I had the dissatisfaction of speaking to the manager once again who said that she didnu2019t have enough staff to be there waiting for patient requests and therefore it would take roughly three days to get the doctor authorization for the medication and the CT scan that my husband needed urgently. Unless these issues get resolved we will no longer be a patient here at Sanitas Clinic in Bridgeport and will not recommend anyone to go here.

Sanitas Medical Center is truly the hidden gem of Bridgeport! I have recently switched over to this medical center as it's super close to where I live and though I was hesitant at first, I'm so happy I followed through. The staff/nurses are really friendly, the doctors are caring, and the awesome guy that works in Labs made me feel comfortable even though I'm scared of needles. The facilities are also clean and well-lit/decorated. Thank you for all that you do :) I would recommend this place to anyone!
