The doctors and nurse practitioners on staff and at urgent care have always all been professional, empathetic, and kind.nHowever, when calling the line to their Family Medicine office, the staff there has often times been rude and gives attitude over the phone despite trying to converse with them patiently and kindly.

1 star for effort, 1st and last time using Urgent Care Santa Fe Springs Location. Over 34 years of being a PIH patient, PIH has increased their customer dissatisfaction, lack of empathy, and failure to resolve health issues, by being stingy with their prescribe medicine, see smaller bottle with less than a fourth of cough syrup 6.25-15MG/5ML to be precise for 7 days.nLooking for any opportunity to pass the buck, when questioned, recommending you, to see your Primary busy Physician or if lucky clueless Primary Nurse Practitioner.nPIH has deteriorated in my opinion, too worry about profits over patients care.

I took my husband to Urgent care, he had a boil on his hip. We saw Dr.Neitonand she cut it and drained it gave him a shot and she took her time with him. She is a very nice doctor and didn't rush his procedure. She's great to have at urgent care!

Iu2019ve had to visited this urgent care several times in the past 5-6 years, for various ailments, and have always had a very positive experience with the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, almost all if not all, remember to introduce themselves, greet you by name, and are kind and considerate. When I left yesterday, as I passed the open office where the nurses and other staff sit, they all stopped to say goodbye. Who does that now a days? And, I love that there is a pharmacy on site, so I donu2019t have to go far to pick up my prescription or if there is ever a problem with it (there hasnu2019t been), itu2019s easy for them to communicate with the MD/NP.
