I've been coming here for 10 yrs and I've never been disappointed with this urgent care. They have the best NP and PA in central Florida, they are better than most Dr.'s I've ever seen. They are all nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming, always greeting me with and my family with a smile. Every time I visited either one of their faculties, they have been fabulous. The wait is never long and the care is phenomenal. The discharge instructions are perfect and pleasing to my understanding.nDon't let a few unhappy people ,that are unhappy with themselves ruin you from a great experience.

I can't say enough positive things about Santos Urgent care. Excellent professional upbeat staff. Wonderful doctor. This was my first visit, I was experiencing serious upper respiratory infection and am asthmatic which can become life threatening very quickly. The doctors treatment was excellent and I'm grateful. Will always be a patient. Thank you

My mother was treated by Adam Santos today. He was very, very rude. Sadly, my mom had a cellulitis after a total hip replacement. This facilities is the closest to our home and so she utilizes it frequently. Adam, is not an orthopedic surgeon, and my mother saw the orthopedic surgeon this week who said that it was clearly a cellulitis and that no CT scan was necessary. my mom just needed the antibiotics given by injection for five days. The rest of the staff here at this office is professional, caring, and accommodating. Adam has no right to be rude to his patience and to tell them to get out because they didnu2019t get a Ct scan.How dare you!

What a wonderful experience I had. First time patient needing an urgent care doctoru2019s office close to Summerfield. I was highly recommended by neighbors after coming down with an upper respiratory infection.nThey were pleasant, accommodating, patient, attentive, a very clean office and listened to my issues. No one ever wants to not feel well but when you do you want a doctors office that you are comfortable with. I cannot say enough good things. In addition, I was out to dinner with neighbors tonight and they told us how much they give back to the Community throwing a fabulous July 4th barbeque each yearu2026. just because. Not to mention the staff was upbeat and kind. An all around easy time when not feeling well.nThank you Santos Urgent Care.

I received excellent care by Adam. He was caring and they were quick. I bet I was out in 15 minutes. I definitely give them 5 stars. I've been going there for years for all my urgent care needs.
