I received outstanding care from every employee I was in contact with from the minute i walked through the door on Monday. I was there for a procedure in the cath lab. The staff in the waiting room on the 2nd floor were helpful and kind. The nursing staff in the procedure area explained everything i needed to know. I was welcomed with a smile from everyone. Customer service could not have been better. Im proud to say I am an RN and a former employee in the ICU for over 20 years at SMH. Thanks to everyone. You are all appreciated.ud83eudde1

Had a mammogram. Good communication with staff. They even called and rescheduled my appointment when I had it a few days before insurance would have covered the annual exam. I loved how I was able to wait about 15 minutes and get the results right there. No waiting around for my doctors office to call me. Construction in the area is bad, but signs were up. If you arrive early and utilize the covered parking garage you will be fine. Office gives plenty of info and reminders. Iu2019m not dreading my next mammogram!

I wanted to say that my experience at this hospital was exceptional and each staff member no matter there position went above and beyond what was expected of them. Although the most notable and most impressive was Steve from the Patient Surgical Liaison. He welcomed us and made us feel so welcome and important. Thank you for your kindness, Steve. You truly left an impression in our hearts during what would of been a stressful time.

Not a very positive experience. At least I got the MRI. Hopefully it will be adequate. Iu2019d really like to see SMH improve services. It is what we have here so must make do. But staff do not seem to care. This is real feedback. You can do better!

No complaints whatsoever! Large, private room, quiet, nice big Samsung TV, big sofa and recliner. Easy access bathroom. Nurses and staff very responsive. Food was outstanding, at least what I had: Breakfast- Belgian waffles, ham and cheese omelet, fruit and coffee. Nice menu for every meal of the day. Upon discharge, you're wheeled down to departing lounge where coffee, hot chocolate, sodas and snacks are offered before you are wheeled to your transportation. I honestly can say that this has to be one of the best hospitals in southwest Florida. Great job!
