My mom has been a patient at Dr. Gandhiu2019s this past year. From the very beginning, at the hospital, he has been a blessing to us! He goes above and beyond and truly cares for his patients. If you want a Doctor that wants to help you find the best treatment, he is your guy! He is knowledgeable on all new treatments and medicine, including the new ones that have come out in recent years. Thanks to him my moms health and well-being have improved tremendously. Thank you Dr. Gandhi and staff, we truly appreciate all of you.

If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. For starters the receptionist has a very condescending and sarcastic tone when speaking to patients and their family members. I heard her call someone a moron as she walked away from the front desk and she didnu2019t even try to mumble it. When the Dr. Gandhi came in the room he asked if we had any questions so I asked what my mothers diagnosis was. He got really annoyed and said u201cI canu2019t keep explaining to each family member that comes in hereu201d I was taken completely aback because there had only been one other family member that came in with my mother. He then proceeds to say that he will gladly answer any questions.. at this point I had put my head down clench my jaw and count to 10.. Iu2019m in the medical field as well and would NEVER answer a patient and their family like that. Right after he said that, heu2019s phone rings and guess what? HE ANSWERS IT!! Right in the middle of the conversation. When he gets off the phone he tries to make small talk to smooth things over to late at this point because my mind is made up about him and that office. I ask a few questions and heu2019s also condescending in how he answers them and think after 7 minutes in a middle of a question he rushes us and says alright he has to go.. all in all in my opinion this is not a place where I want my mother to get treatment.

If I could leave a negative star I would clicked it with the utter most swiftness. They are awful here and there is a lack of professional medical care. They are quick to tell you u201cthat's not my departmentu201d and they make you feel awful for asking them to do their job. Charmaine was very rude, she started to yell on the phone and tried to make it sound as though she was doing me a favor. She informed my daughter and I quote, u201cshe's not my only patientu201d and my daughter is in need of this medical service immediately. The insurance companies need to be aware of this facility and their lack of care and concern.

This is not a cancer treatment facility. My loved one experienced horrible complications from chemotherapy and Chintan Ghandi continued to issue the strong drug without taking symptoms into consideration. Ghandi was more excited to tell my family about his vacation than expressing care to the patient. Seems like Ghandi is only concerned with keeping patients, not healing them.

The waiting is to be expected, and the nurses and phlebotomists all work hard and are wonderful. However, the office manager who sits in front seems so annoyed and curt that many patients discuss her controlling behavior while waiting. The bedside manner of physician can be kind some days, then curt as well. This is understood because he has such a large number of patients booked plus takes walk ins. The experience only sours when dealing with the office manager, and the overall unprofessional subjugative vibe behind the desk. We decided to leave the office, and are now happier with a new physician and staff who are sweet, professional, respectful and most of all, patient when answering the phone and an elderly person is on the line or paying their bill. Remove the meat market tone for happier patients.
