A simple blood panel test cannot be done within an appropriate timely manner, 30-40 minutes turn around for labs to come back, 5 minutes for it to be retrieved . However I have sat here for 1 hour and 15 minutes. My appointment was at 9am it is now 10:05am and I arrived at 8:35pm. I have sat in this office after already conversating with the nurse for an additional 50 minutes. This is absurd and pretty faulty service. They ask you to arrive early to sit here for another hour and wait patiently? When I have fasted 8 hours prior for blood work done- a 45 minute process max? Ridiculous. worst doctors interaction Iu2019ve ever witnessed- have yet to witness him lol even as Iu2019m writing this he is no where to be found. Further update, it has been 3 days since this awful bloodwork experience was in session and I was told it would either be emailed or in my patient portal on their website, it is not. This company should have closed down. I have wasted my time and money for a very quick process turned long and dreadful. if this place is recommended to you I consider questioning the referral given, this was and is sad. I will be going to another office to get the same test and blood work done, Iu2019m sure I will actually receive my results this time as well. Pathetic.

We were out of town when we needed to find a doctor for a flu and strep test. We arrived at this office close to their closing time, but you wouldnu2019t have known it by how welcoming and kind the staff were. The front office team was professional and accommodating, making the check-in process quick and easy. The nurse was attentive and thorough, and the doctor took the time to listen and explain everything, never making us feel rushed. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing careu2014they truly go above and beyond!

I had left a previous one star review based on an experience I had where I stated that I needed a new provider based on how this company was organized. I talked to my doctor and the staff there and they were very kind and I ultimately decided to stay as a patient there after they addressed my issue. At the beginning of February, I received an email that they would be closed by the end of the month. Due to my health issues I had to take time off work to find multiple different doctors to make sure my prescription needs were met. After spending time and resources finding multiple new doctors (since the others in my area can't fill all my prescriptions at once) I received an email that reported they prayed about it and decided to stay open. Maybe they should have prayed about it before causing panic in people with preexisting conditions and putting them on a time crunch. Don't expect reliability here if that's what you depend on.Obligatory: I have not had issues with any physicians I had there. I doubt it was their idea to send a reckless email about imminent closure.

I simply can't say enough good about Satellite Med! Wish I could give 10 u2b50ufe0f I have been to many doctors and it is hands down the best healthcare out there! As a Christian, it is amazing to me to see how God has through the years brought Satellite Med the very best of providers. My family has went there for many years. Each provider has always been very thorough and genuinely caring. I don't know what I would do without them.For example, Satellite Med has best lab draws coming from a phobic of blood draws.I decided when my children got older that I received better treatment at Satellite Med than from their pediatrician.Dr. Cates has a wealth of knowledge! After my daughter was diagnosed with Hasimotoes at 15 by Dr. Cates, I went to Vanderbilt for second opinion by the head of the endocrinology department.(Harvard degree) He looked at the paperwork from Satellite Med and said the person who has been seeing your daughter knows what they are doing... don't come back unless it is something that he can't handle. Wow!!!ud83dude2eOnce my son was terribly sick with RSV. Dr.Cates referred us to CRMC ER at 5:30pm. We instead went to Vandy. His NP called at 10:00pm and wonder why we didn't check in there!ud83dude33 I told her because we went to Vandy. Then at 8:00am I got a call from Dr. Cates himself!!! He was concerned for my son and had been praying for him and recommended further preventative treatment at Satellite Med the next day after our Vandy trip. My son was completely better in a couple of days due to this.ud83dude4cMy daughter said it was the most humbling thing she had experienced having Dr. Cates on his knees praying for her hyperthyroidism during pregnancy.ud83eudd72I am just so grateful and thankful for Satellite Med. I have never received less than the best treatment each visit there. It is a huge sense of relief to know regardless if it is a simple or complex situation they help or direct us to the specialists they would see. They are like family to us. We love them and can't imagine going anywhere else. Praise God that He has opened their doors again.
