I've gone here a few times. I do enjoy the office. They are nice and efficient. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the Dr said to take 24-48 hours to rest but only gave me a work note for 1 day. I asked to have it say the 2 dates necessary, and they said they couldn't do that. What kind of Dr can't write a note for the days off necessary for school/work? I still felt bad at the end of the day, so I scheduled a visit elsewhere and got the proper note there. Waste of time and money.

Charged $1,260 for strep tests for my two kids (before insurance adjusted).nnThis place apparently charges $570 to register you as a new patient. No fee at all is mentioned beforehand. The strep test itself was $60.nnNow, I did not pay that much out of pocket, because I had insurance. But the ridiculous unannounced charge for registration fee will make sure I never go back.nnBe careful people.

Hands down the best urgent care around. The staff is amazing!! I have a huge needle phobia, but Shannon was able draw my labs easily, and on the first prick. Highly recommend upstate urgent care!!

The entire staff was so friendly and attentive. My doctor, Jennifer (sorry if I got the name or title wrong - I'm sick and disoriented), was the best doctor I've had in a very long time.nnShe listened to me in full. I felt like she was actually there for me and that she cared about helping me get better. Most doctors make you feel like you're in a revolving door, and they seem anxious to get rid of you. But I didn't experience that here. Especially with how sick I feel, I felt happy to be there.nnI hope I don't have to come back for a while, but if I need to, this is definitely where I'll go.

Everyone and the service is great, better than my sonu2019s pediatrician, (Easley Peds) this is our second time here and we always get treated right away and get better results with the prescriptions they sent us home with. only thing we experience is that their AC wasnu2019t working and there was an unpleasant smell. They really need to get their AC unit checked out.
