Iu2019m not big on reviews but when a place really stands out I feel the need to right one. This place is great. For a center that allows walk-in appointments, they are incredibly efficient. The front desk is quick to work out insurance and payment details. Every time I visit I am able to see a doctor with hardly any wait time. What really makes this place stand out though is Doctor Al. He treats his patients with respect, care, and understanding. He listens to what you have to say and explains his diagnosis in a clear and concise manner. Itu2019s so nice to find a truly good doctor u2014 one who isnu2019t condescending, dismissive, or judgmental.nnAnother perk of this place is that there is a great pharmacy connected to the medical center. Itu2019s quick and inexpensive. Itu2019s also one of the few mom and pop pharmacies around. It feels great to support the local community.

I would review this practice less than 1 star. I went in to be seen for congestion, sinus pressure and a headache thinking I had a sinus infection and they began the appointment with a Covid & flu swab. After waiting for 20 minutes, the doctor came out to meet me in the lobby and asked if I was vaccinated for the flu. I replied yes I had it a few weeks back. He said well you tested positive for the flu. I was shocked since none of my other symptoms were flu related, my kids were both home with colds and recently tested negative, and I have had the flu many times before. I questioned the diagnosis again and he said (after giving me my results out loud in the lobby) that he had had at least 3 other positive flu tests that day and he didnu2019t want to bring me in a room to examine me after that because he didnu2019t want to get infected. Imagine that? A doctor not wanting to examine a patient because they donu2019t want to get infected. After leaving something didnu2019t sit right with me, so I went to another urgent care. Sure enough, I was right and I was negative for the flu and Covid, and was diagnosed with a sinus infection! The exact thing I went to this walk in to be examined for. If you are feeling sick I would recommend not going to an office that doesnu2019t want to see you in fear of being u201cinfectedu201d, and then violating your privacy and reading your results out loud for all to hear, probably breaking HIIPA laws in the process.

I've come for a clearance to get back to work. There was not much wait, and so I was only there for a short time. The electronic questionnaire was a good idea, particularly in this time of Covid. The registration clerk was clear in instructions and my nurse, Carol was very nice and efficient. Thank you for a pleasant experience in this Urgent Care.

Our experience has been great so far.last week both my sons tested positive and I found this place on one of the FB groups.nScheduling is easy , no long lines , staff is very accommodating , results come back in timenThis is the place to go for covid tests.nMy son dint have an appointment but I called them filled the form and asked them if they could add him with me and they did even though they had a busy day.nHighly recommend this place .
