I was assigned to go here this morning for a TSA Pre-check appointment. I pulled in and was hesitant as there is no signage, like other reviewers have mentioned. I noticed a man right outside the garage and asked if this is where I should be for TSA and he replied nope. There is no number to call IDENTIGO to get assistance so I wasted my morning attempting to get this done and failed miserably. If you can go anywhere else for TSA-related appointments, I would highly recommend doing so.

TSA precheck done here. They were very quick and easy to work with. No walk ins available, use the TSA precheck online form to reserve a time slot. No phones allowed out while inside.

Do yourself a favor and go to Staples in Medina for TSA Pre-check; the u201creceptionistu201d was curt, unprofessional and lacked any and all customer service skills. My husband had an appointment this past Friday, she said heu2019s not on the list, I pulled up the email confirmation for reference. She asks me for the number which the enrollment system assigns for the appointment - how would I know that??!! Referred to the email again and after going in circles with her walked out. This place is a joke.

Terrible TSA precheck experience. The only sign indicating they are the place you're looking for is a small political style sign by the driveway. Nothing on the building stating they are Identogo which is the name TSA provides when you make the appointment. I was late (because I didn't notice the tiny yard sign stating they do TSA prechecks the first 2 times I drove by). Google searching tells you Identogo is permanently closed so that doesn't help. Buy a sign and make it easy for people to find you. There must be a lot of people who drive right home when they don't see the name they're looking for in the building. You are losing money.Because I was late, the unfriendly woman at the desk said I would have to wait as a walk in and told me to go down the hall to wait. The waiting area was full, maybe if they took the 2 nonfunctional vending machines out of the area people would not have to sit on top of each other. I was there waiting despite having an appointment and the whole thing took way longer than needed, because they don't have a sign on the building. At $80 for the 5 minutes the appointment actually took, you'd think they could afford a sign that people can read from the street.

All around horrible experience for my TSA precheck appointment. Waited for over an hour due to their mistake of accidentally checking me off as having already been seen. Then there was an issue with the system, and while I had sympathy for the employee whose first day it was, someone shouldu2019ve been there to help her with issues. The other employees she asked for help were very dismissive and basically told her to just figure it out. The guy who I think was the owner told her to take some deep breaths and then left for the day! The last straw was when my money order wouldnu2019t go thru and there was nothing she could do since she didnu2019t have the experience. Just all around a bad experience. I would avoid this precheck facility if you can and go somewhere else.
