I was immediately greeted upon entering the facility. A quick overview of what was needed was provided by the receptionist staff. I had the privilege of chatting with and/or conducting business with 3 individuals throughout the very expedient process. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional and courteous. What normally could have been a tedious and bothersome visit turned into a very pleasant situation ! Thanks for the smiles and especially your kindness !

Shana, who greeted me warmly at the front desk, took care of all of my needs. I had a lot of questions which she answered handily. And then there were forms on my phone that they needed. She saw that I was struggling and asked she could help and took my phone and knocked it out for me. The rest of the staff were nice as well, just not quite as nice as Shanaud83dude01

Shana and Erin assisted me at the front for registration and were very welcoming and prompt. Kathy did the first part of my pre-employment physical and she was awesome. Patty did my physical she was also awesome. Would definitely return.
