I took my wife to the Sea Pines Urgent Care on Greenwood, yesterday afternoon. She was suffering from an upper respiratory issue (coughing, bringing up phlegm) which was making it hard for her to breathe.nThe staff looked at our insurance and she went in to see the doctor, very quickly. The doctor, Steve Strocko, made sure she did not have pneumonia before prescribing something. The prescription was called in to a local pharmacy and my wife was feeling better shortly after taking the first dosage.nWe highly recommend this facility, and its staff, for their clean waiting room, quick response to the patient, and great medical advice (the prescriptions called in). Doctor Strocko did an excellent job of diagnosing what Bethany needed to feel better.nIf you or a family member are sick, give these folks a chance to help.

On March 15, 2025 I brought my sister here due to her having severe abdominal pain. She was seen by Greg the PA at this time. After taking her history and examination, he immediately directed us to the ER for a CT scan for possible perforated bowel. He was correct. Went in with a swollen lower leg from an injury. Was seen within 10 minutes by PA Greg Wright. Greg was very professional in his use of portable ultrasound to rule out clotting and any permanent damage. Total visit time less than 45 minutes. Would highly recommend this urgent care facility.
