I had the strangest office visit on 12/30/24. I had been suffering with chronic diarrhea for weeks. I had gone to Hermann Memorial emergency room weeks before, also had a colonoscopy and was fine until 4 days after Colonoscopy and everything broke loose, literally. I couldnu2019t leave the house due to uncontrollable bouts of diarrhea. I was dehydrated, felt horrible, worn out. I finally got to the point I had to get relief. I checked into the Urgent Care facility of Sealy Medical Center. I was hoping they could get me in soon before I had an accident.To my shock, the Nurse Practitioner comes in and starts berating me for checking into the Urgent Care facility that urgent care meant, broken bones, and because I checked into Urgent care she was limited on what she could do and basically she couldnu2019t do anything. She said she didnu2019t mean to belittle my medical problem. After I left, I checked the Urgent Care section of the website and nausea, vomiting and diarrhea was on the list.Itu2019s pretty bad when you are sick, in need of medical treatment and leave feeling like you did something wrong!

I wish I could share less than a 1 star. These doctors are incompetent and their EKG machines do not work and the nurses put them on wrong. RUN and find another doctor. They reported my medical clearance as afib with rvr and wanted to rush me to the hospital!!!! When the nurses did not die their due diligence putting on the leads right and the leads kept falling off giving a false reading. Went to the cardiologist a couple of days after and had a normal EKG.

I came in for an emergency. Allergy reaction. They took me in right away and took care of me. Reading the reviews before got me scared but it was the closest place to me. However, I was surprised with how fast they took me in and helped relief the swelling and my breathing. Very friendly staff.

Poor customer/patient service. Rude is an understament. Months of calling and wasted time during visits to be told some one will call back - never does - Not even going to start on the wait times. I was told today, by the worst person so far, to call back later today to speak to the manager. I have done that too. What happened to the messages I left before? RIDICULOUS! She really did answer the phone by saying, Hello and can I help you.....wow, just wow!!!!

This place has terrible service everytime I come here. There can be 3 people in the lobby and it will take at least an hour and a half or two to take me in. The staff works slow and lazy. Iu2019ve had several doctors see me and only had one that I thought actually listened to me and saw me. I had to come SEVERAL times with one sickness that they couldnu2019t tell me what it was. I went to a different place in katy and they actually took the time to figure it out and send me on my way with meds that helped me. I feel sorry for anyone who comes in here with an actual problem with the way they listen to their patients.
