Been a patient here a few weeks. Nursing and CNAs are attentive and willing to help each other out. Never had a nurse that didnt have a great aditude! Great bedside service from housekeeping and the kitchen staff also!

ER nurses are very unprofessional. Sitting at the nurses station going back and forth about not wanting to go in a room and the other saying I know youu2019re not a fan of that person or laughing making fun of patients. Pathetic excuses of a nurse. How about do your job. Patients can hear you. Zero standards.

Horrible experience waited over 3 hours almost by the 4th hour I left, haven't even seen a doctor. Only progress made was getting a room. There were only 2 people ahead of me when I got there. Loved hearing the nurses laugh and gossip you know instead of doing their jobs. Do not go there hope this place gets shut down.

Absolutely inadequate ER Nurses the evening I was there and the Doctor!!!! I mean I could have done a better evaluation as He was as useless as a toddleru2026 severe pain in abdomen as I believe the cyst I had had ruptured because I have a total hysterectomy a year ago obviously that created issues yet this Dr did NOTHING u2026 no urine tests no scan or ultra sound to see if the cyst had in fact ruptured u2026 kept on about a vaginal exam when I told him I have had a hysterectomy AND NOT EVEN A CERVIX u2026 there was nothing to see or evaluate by a vaginal examu2026 so I asked for at least a heavy antibiotic as I didnu2019t want to get a sepsis situation from the ruptured cyst .. other than the Vaginal exam which wasnu2019t necessary and kept being told we are really busy u2026 I felt like they were saying WE ARE TOO BUSY TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!!! EXCEPT THAT DR PUSHING TO LOOK AT MY VAGINAu2026. I was just belittled by having that but not a vaginal ultrasound and a cat scan u2026. I am now getting things taken care in a professional manner AND IM BEING RESPECTED AND MY QUESTIONS AND BEING LISTENED TO ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING WITHIN MY BODY

Firstly all ERs are inadequate whether itu2019s here Belfast, Bangor, or either hospital in Waterville but once u get beyond the ER level that everyone will complain about u have some decent staffu2026 Dr FULLWOOD and Dr Heather Sevengy r actually very professional and very knowledgeable and good at their jobu2026 Iu2019m sure I misspelled Heatheru2019s name also most of the other staff in Wound care or specialty services are really good for the most partu2026 some may have a little drier sense of humor but most r very personable overall I give 4 out of 5 stars
