From my first warm reception by Diana to l, Gian processing my in-take to my appt with Dr Elizabeth Flower, I walked put the door thinking why isnu2019t there more health care facilities like this one. Thank you Dr Flower and team!nnMy only disappointment is they weren't front and center on google to let me know I could walk 5 minutes from home to their walk-in office.nnVery happy with the Sebastopol Urgent Care and grateful they serve our incredible west county community. This office is all about collecting maximum fees and taking advantage of patients in pain in a small town. I was visiting my mother in Sebastopol and was seen by Dr. Flowers for a possible tendonitis or strain in my left shoulder. I was charged for the office fee and injection. The next day I still could not move my arm and hand only. The doctor wrote in her notes that there was significant improvement which is not true. The nurse encouraged me to come in for a follow up where I was charged for five minutes for a full office charge with no new information as she had indicated on the phone call. The nurse could have suggested to wait a few days prior to coming in and bring a charged a full office fee charge. I also requested for the doctor to please call me and she failed to do so. The receptionist Karli said that if I was local they would not have charged me at all. Please make your own assessment that this office takes advantage of patients.

Everyone in the office has been so welcoming, and comforting. They make sure you have everything you need and it is truly amazing the work that they do. I had an amazing and healing visit. They are very affordable and they actually want to help you and make sure you leave happy and with ease.
