Last Friday, May 23, I visit the facility. The receptionist was so nice and informational that might wait time was 25 minutes or less. I was out of there within an hour. It was one of my best visits in a doctors office ever. This facility gets five stars from me.

I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment for a drug screening. I was told that no appointment was necessary and that I could just walk in.nnWhen I arrived, I had to fill out paperwork, which took a while to be texted to me. I thought it would be sent immediately, as I had been told. I ended up waiting for an hour and 45 minutes for a simple urine drug test.nnI was told others were ahead of me, but while I waited, several people came in after me and were seen and left, while I remained there with no communication. Eventually, I approached the secretary and was told that the system was down.nnI had been sitting there while others were being seen, even though I had arrived before them. There was no announcement or notice that the system was down. Granted, the weather was bad, but some communication would have been greatly appreciated.nnIf no appointment is required, then there should be fairness in how people are received. Based on this experience, I personally donu2019t think I will return there again.

The staff is extremely rude. I came in to get some testing done for my job and the woman asked for an authorization number. I stated I wasn't given one and was told I didnt need one. However, she rolled her eyes several times and spoke to me very condescending. Once I called my employer another staff member was able to help me and find my information rather easily. I was asked to give my driver's license to the first lady and instead of handing it back to me she tossed it on the counter. If I had any other option I would leave. There's no need to be rude at all.

The staff was great, but the lack of appointments turned what should have been a 20 minute visit into over 3 hours of waiting. It's shameful to have such disregard for your patients time. Again, not the fault of the great staff- this is strictly a matter of a very poorly run business that does not care about it's customers.
