The receptionist is the extremely rude. She should not be involved with customer service.Beware: this is not an urgent care facility. It's a primary care physician and that's why I was charged double for my copay. (I've never heard of that before.)The tv only displays fear of COVID over and over on the right side of the screen while a commercial about trans person's talk about the safety of transitioning.I will not recommend this place to anyone. You can find better care anywhere else.

I walked in to the desk and the respshones was looking at her computer I thought she was busy so I stood at the desk till she was done ( she is facing me ) so I just ask i think I need a check up ok verry minimal response I am new to this so I ask what is involved she said blood work I wait so I said well I'm 49 so is there any else they check for you'll have to talk to physician or nurse practitioner so I wait for her to say more = NOTHING . The nurse and Dr might be awesome and great but front desk not so much information was said to me I can't try to pry information out of someone a little information would be very helpful for me

Never had an issue. Last time I took both of my kids there at the same time for flu symptoms. My son is a pediatric type 1 diabetic.The practitioner was incredibly honest and open saying they were not comfortable trying to treat it in that setting, theyu2019re not experienced enough with diabetics, and for the best care to go to the ER instead. It takes a lot to admit that as a doctor. Most would just take a stab at it to get the paycheck. Respect to them.

We were very happy with out visit until... we received a bill in the mail from a lab. We were not told on our visit that lab work was being sent off, and that there would be a bill from a 3rd party lab. (We're selfpay). Called in to discuss, and was told director would call me back which didn't happen. Called in again and spoke to the director, and she said the owner would call me back. Waiting for now...Update: this issue was never resolved real well, but we've been back several times and it's gone better. We just make it very clear that if they plan to send tests off to third party that we want to know about it FIRST.

My son broke his finger, we went to the clinic about 45 minutes prior to closing. We were in and out within 40 minutes. We received excellent care. Kelly was wonderful! We didn't feel rushed and she spent quality time with him explaining everything and what our next steps were moving forward! Thank you for being a great asset to our community.
