Iu2019ve always had enjoyable experiences at this clinic. I was seen today at Webb city urgent care because I was trying to make it to work on time. I had an awful experience at that clinic and came here after calling into work to seek additional treatment since freeman urgent care in Webb city had done nothing for me. The ladies that were my nurses and doctors were understanding, sympathetic, and helpful. I feel so much better already having started the medication that Iu2019d been prescribed and being given a steroid shot and itu2019s only been about 6 hours. I am so grateful I received the help Iu2019d been denied at another clinic. Next time I wonu2019t waste any time and just come to this clinic first.

I would give negative stars if I could. Idk if anybody else has had any experiences with the doctor here like mine but I just hope it doesnu2019t happen to anybody else. I went today for a cold that has been quite persistent and to say he made me feel uncontrollable is an understatement. All of the other staff was very nice and professional, with a beautiful space with large rooms. Plenty of room for personal space if you understand what Iu2019m saying. He stood literally right in front of me while I sat on the table. If I had moved at all I would have touched him thatu2019s how close he was. This was all just to talk about my symptoms. When he wanted to actually examine me was where it gets worse. He hopped up on the table right next to me and pulled my shirt all the way up to listen to my lungs. Even though I took off my coat that I was wearing and only had on a thin t-shirt. Any doctor would have been able to listen without even touching my shirt let alone lifting it all the way to my shoulders. Will never go here again and will always advise anybody to stay away from here unless youu2019re asking for a specific doctor. I didnu2019t catch his name but I believe he is one of the founders. The older male doctor with glasses.

We were waiting on the insurance to pay. The billing persisted. In the end both our insurance and we paid and they are refusing to refund. Iu2019m so fed up with this place and their weeks of excuses.nI would give a negative star if I could!nAfter a number of weeks and a number of phone calls, this issue was resolved. I appreciate that SEK did finally pay what they owed us. I would agree with another reviewer, they need to update their accounting system and keep records by the individual who is serviced. Otherwise, they cannot track what the insurance company is paying on any one client bill.

Very pleasant experience. From the staff, to the facilities, I just felt relaxed, comfortable, and valued. Strange to say about a medical facility, but I recommend in highly!

Iu2019ve always had the best care here until today. Went in explained my situation knowing what could help my concern. Was seen by the Dr. for 5 mins and then told to go to Walmart and buy meds. My concern has been going on for two + months and no help given. Just told to take another medication and go to another provider if it doesnu2019t help. Was so frustrated I left without asking why no help was being given. Called and asked for a return call. Havenu2019t heard from them.
