Always had a great experience here with Dr. Stephens. He a actually listens to my concerns and cares. And this facility always bills my insurance correctly. I cannot say the same about the last office I went to (Laurens Family, which billed my insurance incorrectly and overbilled me multiple times. ) I appreciate Self very much after my last experience.

This place is the perfect example of whatu2019s going wrong with our health care. They are forgetting one word CARE!!!! From the Dr to the Rude staff to billing and even calling in my prescriptions. They just canu2019t get it right. Gave them too many chances. Going to try Prisma. Wish me luck.

I love the doctor here. He always listens, make you feel comfortable, he is understandable, he listens to every single detail and responds to each one. He remembers you from the last time you came and even ask about your family. He always has a solution and calls in your prescriptions before you even leave the parking lot. I checked in at 5 and was out of there by 535. I love the lady at the front and the nurses too! I wish he could be my PCP!

Horrible service beware they will say they take your insurance but then charge you and say they don't. Poor customer service!! came over with good faith from the office in Clinton and was lied to saying my insurance will be good there. BS

The lady at the urgent care desk at 6pm on 11/02/23 is so cold, dry, & rude! I never pay a copay so I couldnu2019t be seen without a copay being paid. I cant stand this Urgent Care! Please work on the people skills.
