Took my daughter Friday and I went in today. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. I had a lady Dr. She was very friendly listened to my problem. My daughter had a man Dr and he was very friendly also. We got our meds and on the road to recovery from this horrible flu. We won't be going to another urgent care ever again. This is our place. Thank you all!

These medical staff don't listen to the patients very well. Their bedside manner needs improving, it used to be a good urgent care. Now you have to be careful they don't kill you. I would suggest you go elsewhere for medical treatment. God help us. Only gave it 2 stars as it wouldn't except my input of one star. Hmmmm....

Front dest staff are wonderful, back desk staff are wonderful the corkmans comp dr are terrible. I've been off work for three months with severe back pain and was told today that nothings really wrong im just getting older. The dr didn't have my chart in his hand not a piece of paper just basically walked in and said you're fine.

Every time Iu2019ve been to Sendas Southwest, I had little waiting time, they either administered tests onsite immediately or set me up with Quest or another of that ilk that had the necessary equipment. Contrary to others who rated here, I have never been dissatisfied. Iu2019ve been there quite a number of times since getting appointments at a primary care physician is ordinarily a matter of weeks.

Waited in the waiting room for three hours with only 5 people in the waiting room when I walked in. No warning about the wait. I donu2019t know if itu2019s understaffed or just mismanaged, but it is the absolute worst Urgent Care I have been to in years. Definitely go somewhere else if possible.
