We were in Indianapolis for our sonu2019s wedding and needed healthcare services for my mother in law. We contacted and worked with the local Home Instead office and it was such a pleasure. The staff was responsive and followed up promptly with all the detailed information needed to secure healthcare services for my mother in law who is 82 years old. Isabel was the assigned caregiver and she was amazing! She was on time, she was kind, very experienced, professional, she listened and went over and beyond to make sure my mother in law was comfortable, happy and taken care of. My mother in law certainly gained a new friend in Isabel. She made us all feel safe while taking care of mom. We realized quickly she was taking excellent care of her. Our family and friends who attended the wedding made comments about how lovely Isabel is and were all interested in how we found her. She is truly a diamond in the rough!
