My husband has severe hip pain so we decided to try Seven Star Orthopedics and was assigned Dr. Milind Panse. We have never seen a doctor less caring or less compassionate as this doctor. He is rude and very unprofessional let alone not at all helpful. When we get the pain under control we will return to try one of the other doctors on our next visit. This review will continue after that visit.

I was kept waiting 90 min. Over my appt time. My BP was 200over100u2026.big mistake there on nurseu2019s part. Nurse also had to check if my referral was still good. Wouldnu2019t have gotten the appt. If not. Very poor attention paid yesterday, compared to previous years.

After waiting about 40 minutes to see the doctor he ran in and out within 5 minutes and wasnu2019t very clear on my husbands wrist issues or how he is choosing to proceed. We have been here once before and that doctor was horrible also. I see why they only have 2 or 3 stars in multiple review sources

I first came to seven star with a client and we saw Dr Panse. In my opinion he was not attentive, he kept his back turned to the elderly woman and she couldn't understand him. He still would not face her. The next time I was here was a bout a month ago , with another elderly client and she saw Dr Davenport. We both LOVED HIM. He was excellent with my client and thorough the 3rd time I was at this facility was last week and my client saw Dr Gande. This was the worst one yet. He cut on the other doctor as well as the hospital and my clients primary doctor. He complained to all of the staff about everything. Very negative. Was not of any help. He thinks he is the ONLY who knows anything. The other staff at this office have all been excellent !

Newer Update: Had to wait a month to get paperwork for daughter to see a specialist. She had to go to LA Children's hospital and there may have been a waiting period or lottery. IDK. My girl got the special surgery she needed. McArthur's office is special.
