Dr. Beisel was wonderful. She took me seriously, was empathetic, and she prescribed meds to hold me over until I could follow up with my primary care office to get a specialist referral.

I took my daughter in because of flu like symptoms with fever. Was told she was the 3rd patient that day to exhibit those symptoms. The doctor said she could run strep, covid, and strep tests but it seemed unnecessary since my daughter had the same issues as the last patients. She told my daughter ( college student) to take over the counter meds, gave her a script for an inhaler to help my daughter breathe and sent her home. 2 days later, my daughter's fever was spiking over 104u00b0 and her breathing had worsened. I took her to urgeant care in Lincoln. They did all of the tests and an xray. My daughter has pneumonia. The doctor at the Lincoln urgeant care said she should have been started on antibiotics the week before, when this all started.nI will not be taking any of my family members to twin rivers in Seward again. We will make the drive to Lincoln. The convenience of a closer urgeant care is pointless if they won't do their job.

We recently moved outside of Lincoln and have two daughters who had different medical needs in the last couple days. After experiencing and reading terrible reviews on urgent cares in Lincoln, we decided to go to Seward. My first child had an ear ache and we were seen promptly and effectively in the Seward office. Excellent staff and amazing doctor. The following week my other daughter had pink eye and we decided to try the online option. That visit went quickly and smoothly with another excellent doctor. We highly recommend this urgent care. Nice that in this economy and with all the issues in the world there are still places that give excellent service and are prompt and polite!

When visiting family in Lincoln from Texas, our 20 month old daughter started running a relatively high fever. We called our insurance and the closest one within network was Twin Rivers. We set a time online that would allow us the 36 minute drive. We did all the paperwork online in the car, and we got checked in online. The receptionist was beyond sweet, friendly, and caring! We waited maybe five minutes in the clean lobby. The nurse checked our daughters vitals quickly. A few minutes after the nurse finished, the doctor came in, asked questions, listened patiently, and was kind and warm to our little girl. I am so glad we ended up coming here! You never know what youu2019re going to get at Urgent Cares. If we lived nearby, there would be no question as to where we would go if we became ill. Fabulous job!

Was just in the office with a towel of blood from slicing my finger open and the receptionist informed me she was having computer issues and they were closing in a few minutes and could not see me.
