Dr there is a joke! Wife went in for shortness of breath, fever and migraine, just test her for the flu and covid and test were negative so she said just to rest. Went to Bakersfield and they found out she had really bad pneumonia.

One NP there is great! She is attentive and informative. The other one, she's an older Mexican lady, she is horrible. I went in on a second visit with pneumonia, she didnt check my chest or anything and she swore i didnt have it. I took xrays and only then is when she couldnt deny I had it. I needed a steroid injection and antibiotics.nnJust recently took my daughter in for abdominal pain, they sent her home with antibiotics for a uti, only to call me the next day saying nevermind don't take the antibiotics because she doesn't have an infection. That lady didn't even examine my daughter, she just sat on a chair through the visit. She didn't listen to any of my concerns. Took my daughter to the hospital and the doctor says my daughter has gastritis. Who licensed this lady???

I was disappointed when I visited this medical facility at 2:06 pm, well before their advertised 5 pm closing time. Despite the minimal number of patients in the lobby, I was unexpectedly turned away by a front desk staff member who stated that they were no longer accepting patients. This arbitrary closure policy seemed unfair and inconsistent with their stated hours of operation. Additionally, the staff member's attitude towards me was rude and unprofessional, which added to my negative experience. It is essential for businesses to uphold their scheduled hours in order to provide quality service to their patients.

The one star goes to the receptionist who was kind and helpful. The rest of the visit was a joke! I took my 4 yo son in for pink eye todayu2026 the tech who checked my sons vitals walked away for no reason after taking his weightu2026 pretty sure he was saying bye to someone in the front lobbyu2026 then came back in from the lobby and finished checking his BP and pulse. The NP we saw called my son a girlu2026 she obviously didnu2019t check the chart before you walk in! And didnu2019t even touch him once, she kept her hands behind her back or side the whole time. She quickly said it was viralu2026 She didnu2019t even bother to check his eyes, nose, ears or throat. Which fine, it could be but at least check for other signs of it being viralu2026 she didnu2019t listen to his heart/lungs, she didnu2019t even ask me if he had other symptoms!! Never have I been to a doctors office with my children and had that happenu2026 and we waited 20 minutes in the room before she got there and there was no one else there when we arrivedu2026 what a waste of a copay!
