I was a patient of Dr Kabinoff for over 23 years prior to him coming here, I requested my medical records numerous times over the last several months and even asked for the office manager to call me to find out why I never received them. I never received a phone call nor did I receive my medical records. Iu2019m sure Dr Kabinoff would be very upset because him and Curtis ran a very efficient office prior to joining this company. I am also a professional in the Stuart area and I will definitely inform my patients to stay away from this office.

I have found the staff extremely polite, helpful and professional. Mary Callahan is my father (97) and his wifeu2019s (103) doctor and she is excellent. She is patient, really listens and is knowledgeable. After observing her care for my father I trust her completely. Highly recommend this care center. Itu2019s clean, plenty of parking and right next door to the old Ace Hardware store (now Peteru2019s Hardware).

I waited for my appointment for over a month and found their office through my Aetna insurance plan - I showed up the day of the appointment and was told they donu2019t accept my insurance plan because it is through the marketplace - I donu2019t typically leave bad reviews but not letting me know ahead of time and waiting over a month needing to see a doctor to be denied care is awful business - someone in their financial department should have let me know my plan is not accepted - I called my insurance and they said the provider is showing active in their system and they did not go through the proper channels if they have decided to stop accepting my plan

Very unorganized. My PC Dr switched to this practice and it has been a disaster. Not only do they not take most insurance so I can no longer see my doctor they also lost my medical records after being a patient for over 5 years . They bought out the practice and destroyed it with complete disregard for the old patients. Hopefully I will get my records soon so I don't need to report these people to the medical board.
